Alarming things you need to know about Jupiter!

        Hey there. I would like to share these interesting  facts  about JUPITER that you might've never heard before! Please let me know in the comments if you want more facts on Jupiter:)

Jupiter  is so big that 1300 Earths could fit in within its volume!!

Despite its massive size, Jupiter is 318 times heavier than Earth..because its density is only ¼ that of earth!

Because of its greater mass..it's gravitational pull is 2.65 times that of earth.

So if you weigh 50 kgs on Earth you would weigh more than 130 kgs on Jupiter!

Unlike Earth..Jupiter has 3 layers of troposphere!!

1. Of water..(as ice crystals)

2. Sulphur containing chemical called ammonium hydrosulphide

3. Frozen pungent gas ammonia..

So these 3-layer sandwich cloud cover is only 50km thick!!

Jupiter's magnetic field is almost 20,000 times stronger than Earth's.  

Lastly, if u use a compass on Jupiter..it would point south rather than north, because the direction of Jupiter's magnetic field is opposite to that of Earth!!
